6. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure. We are not liable for losses, injuries, or damages incurred during travel.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We act as an agent between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Air Kingdom Travels and Tours is not responsible for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines.

   

• Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

   

• Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
